Smile for Hope Nepal was born from a deep conviction that every child deserves dignity, education and opportunity. What started as grassroots support in a handful of remote villages quickly grew into a structured non-profit registered in Nepal.
Working in some of Nepal’s most isolated districts meant long journeys, limited infrastructure, cultural barriers and the constant challenge of building trust. Early years were marked by scarce resources, natural disasters and the need to prove that sustainable change was possible.
Local communities, dedicated volunteers, and international partners stepped forward. Together we built schools, trained teachers, launched women’s groups and created health camps that reached families who had never had consistent support.
Children’s Education, Women’s Empowerment, Health & Nutrition, and Livelihood Support now reach thousands of lives across dozens of communities — always with transparency, local ownership and the belief that lasting change is built together.
A donation of any size funds textbooks, teacher salaries, women’s training sessions, and community health programmes. 92 cents of every dollar goes directly to programmes.
